CRISIS SUPPORT
In a time of crisis, it can be hard to focus and research helpline numbers online. Ideally try to seek and save these numbers in an easy to access place so you can use or share them in a time of need. Hotlines are free and provide access to trained counselors who are trained to talk you through these difficult experiences. Suicide prevention support is often available over the phone or through text. You may experience a wait while being connected with someone but do not let that discourage you – use the time to slow down and breathe.
