2SLGBTQ+ SUPPORT

Historically, the 2SLGBTQ+ community has been marginalized and excluded from the hospitality industry and society at large. Support from a 2SLGBTQ+ trauma-informed resource is key to validating your experience. Resources that are affirming can help you identify and heal from sexual identity and sexual orientation trauma. If you identify as 2SLGBTQ+ and have experienced mental and/or emotional injury from an individual or the greater system of oppression, remember that there are resources out there for you.
