My biggest takeaway are the Primary Concerns: Anxiety, depression, substance abuse, eating disorders, burnout and trauma. By completing the course I was able to dive deeper into all of these concerns. I also gained confidence to continue discussions on mental health. I now have this amazing toolkit full of resources that I can share with anyone who is in need of assistance.
