Face-to-face therapy can often be intimidating for first-timers. Now that the majority of our lives have transferred to online, virtual therapy support is common and convenient. It also allows you to easily take advantage of the initial “interview” consultations to find the right match and relationship. Virtual therapy includes online video, talk and written methods like email, chat or text. It allows for face-to face communication with your therapist but does require a strong internet connection, adequate bandwidth and a computer or smartphone.
