NOT 9 TO 5 RESOURCES

RACIAL TRAUMA

Historically, white supremacy is synonymous with the hospitality industry. Support from a racial BIPOC trauma-informed resource is key to validating your experience. Resources that are culturally affirming can help you identify and heal from racial trauma. If you identify as BIPOC and have experienced mental and/or emotional injury from an individual or the greater system of oppression, remember that there are resources out there for you.
